Go back and walk up to the next entrance, a boulder blocks your path so use Lift psynergy.
Follow this route to exit the cave and into the overworld. The town of Lama is right next to you.
Enter the town of Lana to find out about another Master,
Mater Hama who's temple also requires going up some stairs.
