Once inside of Bilibin Cave, go inside the cave and into the room with the ice pillars. There will be a puddle of water next to fire, use the douse psynergy to get rid of the flames. If you don't have douse, try giving a Mars Djinni to Mia.
Now use Frost psynergy on the puddle of water nearby
to turn it into a ice pillar. Head back to the entrance of Bilibin Cave and use Growth psynergy to make the vine grow. This will lead to same place where
we got the
Elven Rapier earlier. There are some rocks near the wall behind the chest. Stand in front of this wall and use Reveal psynergy to find a secret door. The secret door will lead to a room where fire blocks your path, use douse to out the flames. Next we are now on the upper level of this room, just follow this path to two chests that contains a Psy Crystal and a Water of Life. We're are done with Bilibin Cave, head back to the area where Kalay is
located. To the west of Kalay is Kalay Docks. At Kalay Docks, residents can't enter Tolbi since Silk Road is blocked off. They can still visit Tolbi by crossing the sea, but tickets for the ship is expensive. It shouldn't be expensive for Isaac and friends, so buy tickets in the building and board the ship. Once on board, Isaac will over hear a conversation between the captain and his crew about some kind of danger that could attack the oarsmen.
