That big stump creates a shortcut for later use. We're almost out of Gondowan Cave, only a lonely tree stump blocks your path so move it with the Move psynergy and then push it into the gap. Hop the gap, then go down the stairs and through the exit. We're back to the overworld and now are able to head to Lunpa. Simply follow the path north of Kalay, cross two bridges and then go North from Vault. The two guards will still stop you, so go
through the cave right next to Lunpa. A door will jammed, Isaac can't crawl and luckily theres a puddle under the door. Use Frost psynergy to raise the door and enter Lunpa. The shops will not sell you anything since the gates in Lunpa are closed. There are a ring of rocks in front of the Inn, use Reveal to find a Psynergy stone and something shiny on the leftside. We can't touch it since it is on Lunpa's higher grounds. If you follow the path, it
will go around Lunpa and end at a gap in the fort wall. We can't just hop the gap and will need something to put in the middle. But even if we do have something, that rock is there. Use Reveal psynergy to find a puddle and then use Frost to make it into a pillar. Now climb the ladder up and hop the gap. If reveal gets canceled, make sure Isaac is above the rock and try again. Go all around Lunpa and stop at the wall, use reveal here to find that shiny spot.
